How much does it cost to distribute my music with SongPlug?
SongPlug does not charge subscription fees or long-term commitments. We work on a revenue-share model: we only take an agreed percentage of what your music generates. You don’t pay to use the dashboard — you share a portion of real income.
Which platforms and territories will my music be available in?
We distribute your music to 50+ platforms and digital stores (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with global reach. All territories are enabled by default unless you request specific restrictions for a release.
Can I move my catalog from another distributor without losing streams?
In most cases, yes. We review your situation and guide you through the catalog migration, coordinating the takedown from your previous distributor and the delivery through SongPlug. The goal is to minimize the risks of duplicates, stream drops, and playlist loss.
How and when do I get paid my digital distribution royalties?
You can view your royalty reports in the dashboard and request payouts directly from the platform once you reach the minimum threshold. You can also download reports in CSV format for analysis, accounting, or label reporting.
Does SongPlug pitch to editorial playlists?
Yes. We pitch releases to editorial teams at Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL, SoundCloud and Pandora. We also manage access to Spotify Discovery Mode when your profile meets Spotify’s requirements. We can’t guarantee placements, but we do provide the full evaluation and pitching process.
