  1. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contest, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotion, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules of a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, the Promotion rules will apply.

  1. Fee Changes

SONGPLUG INTERNATIONAL LTD, at its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for Subscriptions. Any change in the Subscription fee will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

SONGPLUG INTERNATIONAL LTD will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before such change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee.

  1. Refunds

Except as required by law, Subscription fees paid and Service costs are non-refundable.

  1. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as set forth in these Terms and (ii) that posting your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contractual rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who infringes copyright.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including but not limited to provisions related to ownership, disclaimers of warranty, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction of SONGPLUG INTERNATIONAL LTD’s choosing, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
